Welcome to my Specialist Weight Loss & Disordered Eating Coaching . I work with women who struggle to lose weight and keep it off. Often they will find themselves constantly consumed by thoughts of food and their weight, battling with cravings on a daily basis, feeling out of control around food with no motivation or energy to tackle the problem. My passion for this field began whilst studying my BSc ( Hons ) Psychology degree from the University of London. For my final year thesis I was awarded a first for my paper on Eating Disorders, Weight Loss Issues, and Body Image. So I’m passionate about providing an effective solution, which works both quickly and sustainably to help women change their eating habits, feel good about themselves, their food choices and of course their bodies.
What separates my service from other Weight Loss Practitioners, is that I have developed Specialist Weight Loss & Disordered Eating Therapy, a powerful approach which draws on the best from Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Mindset and Lifestyle Coaching. My one to one Coaching Packages work at the root cause of your struggle and effectively re-wire your brain for success.
