About Your Host, Cynthia Marie

I am a Certified Wellness Coach, hypnotherapist, Weight Loss Specialist and Certified Intuitive Eating Coach and have worked in health and wellness idustrey for over 30 years. I help chronic dieters develop trust with themselves and food so they can break free of dieting and live life to the fullest.


Using my signature Intuitive Eating Program, called WholeBody Trust: Intuitive Eating for a Peaceful Life™, I help my clients support and honor their mind and body. I work with adults and teens guiding them in changing their relationship with food and their body. The result is they make peace with food, enjoy guilt-free eating, and live a healthy life they love.


I am very passionate about helping my clients regain trust in themselves and their bodies so they can shift away from a diet mentality and learn to listen to their inner hunger and fullness signals. I am known for providing caring support and motivation as my clients reacquaint themselves with their inner wisdom.
